filson offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. Please review the requirements below before sending anything back, and contact our customer service team first so we can provide the correct return instructions and return details.
30 Days Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible approved returns are covered under our 30 Days Free Returns service.
To help us process your request correctly, do not send your item back before contacting customer service. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the return requirements below.
- The return request must be started within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, accessories, and included parts should be returned with the item when applicable.
- The item must not be altered, damaged after delivery, or missing required components.
- You must contact customer service first and follow the return instructions provided.
Item Condition
Returned items are inspected after they are received. Items that show signs of wear, washing, use, odor, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Please pack the item securely before returning it. If possible, use the original packaging to help protect the item in transit.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Cost
Approved eligible returns are free under our 30 Days Free Returns service. Please contact customer service first so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval or outside the provided instructions may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review whether it meets the return eligibility requirements.
Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Damaged Items
Keep the item and packaging, and send clear photos showing the damage along with your order number.
Wrong Items
