Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing time is 1–3 days. Processing begins after your order is received and payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after processing. Delivery estimates are not the same as guarantees, and timing may vary due to destination, weather, customs review, local delivery conditions, holidays, or other events outside normal handling.

Orders with missing, incomplete, or incorrect information may require additional review before shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be updated within 1–3 days after shipment. Tracking details may take time to appear in the carrier system after the package is scanned.

If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please allow the tracking update window to complete before contacting support.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. A wrong apartment number, missing postal code, incorrect street name, or incomplete recipient information can delay delivery.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If any such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Customers are not required to pay separate customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or government charges for orders shipped through our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, damaged, or shows a delivery issue, please contact filson support so we can review the situation.

Delayed Packages

Delivery delays may occur because of weather, local carrier conditions, customs review, holidays, or incorrect delivery information. Please check your tracking first, then contact us if the shipment needs review.

Lost Packages

If tracking has stopped updating or the package cannot be located, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can look into the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the package and item. Send the photos with your order number when contacting support.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Check around your delivery area and with household members or neighbors first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us with your order details.
